This is a home-based role, however you will be occasionally required to travel to our Worcester office or sites across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire to work alongside the New Homes Delivery team.

What to expect as our new Project Co-ordinator?

  • Maintain New Homes Delivery reporting information and KPI reports for use by the Regional Project Manager and New Homes Director.
  • Ensure that all newly developed properties are set up on the Housing and Property systems.
  • Documentation loading and liaising with internal client groups to ensure the required information is captured and distributed accurately including collation of all required information from the Land and Delivery team sources.
  • Act as the primary contact for the Growth and Development Customer Care team and other customer facing teams, ensuring responses requiring follow up and action are followed up.
  • Provide support to the Regional Project Manager to ensure that the Delivery Team’s handover and defects management processes are fully up to date and executed properly
  • Ensure new suppliers are established in line with company procurement policies and the appropriate purchase orders are raised to allow payment.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of working in an administrative or co-ordinator position.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail when processing large quantities of information.
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrable commitment to customer excellence.
  • A tenacious approach with the ability to use your own initiative.
  • Due to the occasional requirement to travel to site, a driving license and use of your own vehicle or alternative means of getting to the required locations is essential.
