We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Continuing Healthcare (CHC) department. The post holder will support the Project Manager by having relevant knowledge and experience in project work. The role involves project related tasks and workstreams to ensure that project outputs are planned, managed and delivered effectively.

Co-ordination of a range of project related tasks and deliverables as directed by the project manager.

Provision of project support on agreed development and project outputs, on a task and finish basis, to support the implementation of project deliverables.

Capturing and co-ordinating data to support project reporting, project benefits, evaluation and effectiveness.

Supporting organisations with business change and transformation activities in support of project outcomes.

Supporting in tracking savings achieved in line with the measures agreed for each project.
