Small Works Co-ordinator

Duties
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the small works department including ordering materials and co-ordinating labour
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in operational performance through increased productivity and resource optimisation
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of works staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor work progress and quality to meet deadlines and standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, materials, and equipment usage

Experience
- Knowledge of project and programme management processes and techniques
- Proven experience in managing a works department, site foreman or similar role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £34,000.00 per year
