We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Croome in a tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.

You'll be required to work regular weekends and the proposed working pattern will be Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

What it's like to work here:You'll be part of the facilities team, who are friendly and supportive of each other. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll work along side three other Facilities Assistants, and an Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator. Each new day is different with it own exciting challenges, no two days are the same.

Croome is a 730 acre estate, designed for the 6th Earl of Coventry in the C18th by the celebrated Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown, who designed not only the landscape but Croome Court and other buildings too. We have landscape gardens, woodland and parkland as well as a mile and ¾ long ornamental river to care for. We have original WWII RAF buildings that now contain an RAF Museum and Visitor centre. At Croome we ask our visitors to ‘expect the unexpected’, presenting the house and park in a new and exciting way.

What you'll be doing:As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Croome operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with Health and Safety compliance, property portal administration, maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), occasional cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
