We are looking for a Programme Co-ordinator to support the European Space Agency (ESA) in Harwell, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe and undergo a general security screening.

The role involves managing project activities, including cost control, scheduling, and risk management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and monitoring procurements from tendering to contract closure
  • Identifying and reporting on forward-thinking measures and deviations
  • Providing input for project management reports and dashboards
  • Managing multiple interfaces and negotiations with industrial contractors

The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Engineering or equivalent, along with at least 4 years of experience in controlling and/or management of activities in the aerospace industry. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is also required. Familiarity with ESA corporate applications and finance/accounting knowledge are assets.
