What you'll do
Supporting the post-sales process by being the go-to-person for your customers, generating handover documents, booking installations, and loads more Collaborate with survey and installation teams and third party suppliers to make the Solarand Air Source Heat Pumpmagic happen Staying on top of all admin to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for our customers Become an expert in our tech with real ownership in the navigation of the installation journey and all its excitement Be a real advocate for the technology that we are excited to launch across the UK and beyond
What you'll need
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively A love of dynamic and active office environments, being able to adjust to change and keep up with a fast moving business Exceptional communication, ensuring customers feel good about each and every conversation and are excited during their installation A solution focused approach and positive outlook Empathy and understanding to help make the right decisions when it comes to customer experience A love of taking on new tasks and challenges to develop and grow within your role
