Our smart energy and low carbon heating solutions mean our customers can enjoy clean, green and cosy homes. As a customer support specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting customers once the sale of Solar Panels or Air Source Heat Pumps have closed. What you'll do

Supporting the post-sales process by being the go-to-person for your customers, generating handover documents, booking installations, and loads more  Collaborate with survey and installation teams and third ​​party suppliers to make the Solarand Air Source Heat Pumpmagic happen  Staying on top of all admin to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for our customers  Become an expert in our tech with real ownership in the navigation of the installation journey and all its excitement  Be a real advocate for the technology that we are excited to launch across the UK and beyond

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively A love of dynamic and active office environments, being able to adjust to change and keep up with a fast moving business Exceptional communication, ensuring customers feel good about each and every conversation and are excited during their installation A solution focused approach and positive outlook  Empathy and understanding to help make the right decisions when it comes to customer experience  A love of taking on new tasks and challenges to develop and grow within your role
