We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Group Protection team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and continued scheme maintenance of Group Protection policies, ensuring we remain a top provider.

The role involves a range of tasks, including:

  • Supporting the onboarding process for new Group Protection policies
  • Maintaining scheme data, administering, and updating records
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure that enquiries and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Managing and organising your own work queue to ensure that service levels are met and brokers or direct customers are kept informed of progress

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and administration skills, who is passionate about supporting customers and building relationships with internal and external customers. If you have a strong desire to help others and are confident in using a desktop or laptop and experienced in using MS Office, we would love to hear from you.
