Job Description: Responsibilities:
  • Providesadvanced diversified and confidential administrative support andadministrative responsibilities for SVP of Development andDevelopment Leadership team.
  • Supporting internal communication campaigns toeffectively distribute key information
  • Interfaces with high level internal andexternal contacts requiring considerable discretion and initiativeincluding with limited to no supervision answering telephoneinquiries and communication.
  • Coordinates meetings arranges appointments books travelmanage mail and processes expense reports.
  • Supervises and caters internal eventsrequiring refreshments and specific accommodations.
  • Manage the logistics of allinternal team events and support client and partner visits
  • Support theSteelhead DEIB committee with events and communications
  • Monitoring andordering inventory for office and break room supplies
  • Coordinate with hiring managerand HR for onboarding of department new Steelhead hires.
  • Filing andorganizing records invoices and other important documentation
  • OrganizeSAP/Workflow travel expenses for leadership team and process POswithin department.
  • Work in the office on a daily basis and act as the mainpoint of contact for the Development department for office relatedmatters
  • Submittingwork orders and scheduling repairs for general office space andequipment
  • Maintainorg chart team roster important milestones distribution lists andtemplates.
  • Attentionon team engagement collaboration knowledge sharing and fun.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree or equivalent.
  • 58 years experience in providing administrative supportfor executive level office management project management and eventcoordination support.
  • Professional oral and written communication skillsexpert proficiency in drafting business correspondence.
  • Solid computerskills expert in all MS Suites office software and SAP.
  • Efficientorganizational and project management skills. High timemanagementskills and an ability to organize and coordinate multipleconcurrent projects
  • Skilled interpersonal and communication skills includingbranding and marketing.
  • Highquality organization and attention to detail.Ability to balance responsibilities prioritize todos and maintainan organized office environment.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate officeprojects such as office moves events or technology upgrades.Committed professional diplomatic able to prioritize and supervisemultiple tasks.
  • Comfort with changing priorities and a friendly workenvironment.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and anaptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Innovative management willing tobe forwardthinking and unafraid of challenges
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality of information related to the company and itsemployees
