1. To work closely with all members of the wider multi-disciplinary team. 2. Support the development and implementation of care plans.
3. Engage and assist offenders in therapeutic activities, monitoring physical and mental wellbeing and progress and providing accurate feedback to the multi-disciplinary team. 4. Ensure positive working relationships with offenders, colleagues and other agencies.
5. To engage in supervision, reflecting on and modifying practice where indicated. 6. To provide time to allocated offenders to assist with all aspects of recovery.
7. To provide practical support to offenders users to lead positive lives whilst in custody and when preparing for release
