Having hosted many prestigious events during its illustrious history which dates back to 1891. With a traditional heathland golf course feel the course has recently gone through a £1 million refurbishment. This includes tees, bunkers and greens.

Description

· The preparation, cooking and presentation of food to menu specifications using fresh ingredients
· Production of soups and sauces
· Learning about stock control, portion control and food wastage
· Understanding dietary requirements
· Involved in the preparation and production of event catering
· How to use specialist kitchen equipment safely and correctly
· Keeping a safe and hygienic working environment
· Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised

Requirements
