Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Commis Chef Apprentice to join our team. As a Commis Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, while also learning the skills and knowledge required to become a skilled chef.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of food
- Learn and develop cooking skills and knowledge
- Assist with day-to-day kitchen tasks, including washing up and cleaning
- Help to ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard
- Assist with the implementation and effective discharge of all relevant statutory requirements within the kitchen department
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and has a strong work ethic. You will need to be flexible and able to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
