Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef Apprentice to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of freshly prepared food, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support the Head Chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Help control gross profit by minimizing wastage and maintaining portion control.
  • Assist in implementing and adhering to statutory requirements, including health & safety, food safety, and fire safety.

Requirements

We are looking for a flexible and reliable individual who is willing to work varying hours to support the needs of the business. Overtime will be paid at the hourly rate. Local residence is preferred.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £9,984 in year one, plus tips and overtime. Additional benefits include meals in work, friends and family discount, and a young and friendly team environment.
