Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop your cooking skills, work with a variety of ingredients, and contribute to the creation of delicious dishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
  • Participate in the implementation of health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items, working closely with the Head Chef.
