Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Commis Chef to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, while developing your culinary skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of freshly prepared food, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in kitchen cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation.
  • Contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of health and safety protocols, including food safety and fire safety.

Requirements

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and develop their skills. You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
