We have a part-time opportunity for a Business Systems Administrator to join us at our Daventry office.

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE 

To support the Business Systems and Performance Manager in the smooth running of the internal systems functions, ensuring an excellent service to the wider business. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS BUSINESS SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR 

Monitor and record on a spreadsheet all incoming emails to the internal support inbox, this will allow for analysis to identify users that have consistent issues in a single area or identify wider issues with the system. Monitor Licence inbox and flag urgent emails for action. Monitor MC changes inbox and flag urgent amends before month end. Monitor Time entries inbox and advise of time recording issues and corrections before month end. Order IT equipment on advice from the Business Systems and Performance Manger. Bundle IT equipment together for new starters for issue in person or delivery by courier. Assistance with logging onto laptops to allow for final user configs before sending them out. Admin of forms for new starters, equipment loan and return. Admin of spreadsheet for all laptop allocations, booking them in and out as required. Arranging for return of IT equipment from leavers.  Answer phone calls that come through to the internal support DDI, add to spreadsheet, flag urgents. Maintain Text Anywhere web portal and ensure that the mobile numbers for starters and leavers are added/removed and that there are enough credits for scheduled messages. Maintain Starters and leavers on the Curo phone app.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

Previous experience in a similar or administrative role desirable Solid experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel  Ability to communicate well at all levels Process driven and highly organised  Excellent customer service skills

Please note this is a part-time role of 16 hours per week, with the ideal working days of Tuesday – Friday.
