**Shift patterns: Rotational any 5 from 7 / rotating every 2 weeks between AM & PM (7am-3pm / 3pm - 11pm)**

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking **2 x Warehouse Systems First Line Manager** to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures and systems with a good knowledge of warehouse IT systems.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**

To manage the Warehouse Systems Clerical Team
Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
To provide First Line Support for all hardware and software used within the depot & clerical support to warehouse operation.
To carry out administrative tasks associated with the WMS and WCS, including order allocation, user maintenance, error reporting and problem identification
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable with systems experience
- Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge MS Excel and any warehouse WMS and WCS experience will be preferred.
