About the role

This role will be to support the civic facilities management team in the collation and management of all core data particularly in the areas of the statutory compliance and inspections.

With to use of the councils CFAM system, Tech Forge you will be required to manage the issuing and recording of PPM tasks both for in house engineers and external contractors. The role will require excellent attention to detail and an ability to own tasks and liaise with colleagues and contractors. We offer training to ensure that the ever-changing requirements of the building regulations and associated legislation are understood.
