Responsibilities

Instilling and maintaining a high level of customer service, meeting the SLA’s internally and externally.• Manage telephone calls, provide information, connect callers to appropriate people and dealproactively with incoming post and emails.• Approve Vendor bank details in line with current process and compliance requirements.• Work with Credit Control to ensure the accurate badging / labelling of tenant debt.• Record and maintain cheques received record and deposit cheques received as required.• Prepare outgoing post for income and expenditure section.• No Job Description can fully cover every issue which may arise within the post and the post holder isexpected to carry out other duties from time to time that are broadly consistent with those in this jobdescription.
