About the role

As a Digital Learning Partner, you'll play a vital role in our Training and Talent Development Team, contributing to the creation of impactful and progressive learning experiences for our growing and diverse workforce. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective digital strategies and solutions. Additionally, you'll analyse learning data to provide valuable insights and drive continuous improvement.

You will need to show grit and resilience in the challenging environment with the ability to adapt and evolve ways of working and product design/functionality to meet the needs of your 'customers'. Our extremely fast paced business means the requirement to be able to work very efficiently and effectively is of paramount importance - you will need to be able to work proactively and reactively simultaneously to keep up with the needs of the business.

Recruitment Process:We want you to put your best foot forward when indicating interest for this role. Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs and translate them into effective digital learning strategies.
  • Design and develop engaging learning content using a variety of digital tools and platforms, and for a variety of audiences.
  • Analyse learning data and use insights to continuously improve our learning programs.
  • Champion continuous improvement and identify opportunities to leverage technology for learning and development.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of our digital learning products.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external providers to create high-quality learning experiences.
  • Act as a mentor and coach, upskilling colleagues in the adoption of new and existing learning technologies.

In addition to these, you will have/be:
  • Strong experience in digital learning design and development.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into engaging learning solutions for a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data-driven approach to learning and development.
  • A number of years experience using Articulate 360, specifically Storyline and Rise and other related digital learning tools.
  • Proven success in creating amazing end-user experiences and learning interfaces.
  • Experience as an LMS administrator supporting a large corporate user group.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace specifically Google Slides, or similar programs like Microsoft PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Data analysis to build reporting dashboards for all learning product insights.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for learning.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Figma, Sketch) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) - very advantageous
  • Advanced skills/knowledge of Articulate 360.
  • Experience working in a large-scale corporate environment.
  • Experience with video editing tools (Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro).
