**In this role you will;**
- Lead the development and execution of digital experience strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes for digital experience initiatives.
- Design and prototype user-centered digital experiences using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Manage the end-to-end process of digital content creation, from concept development to delivery and evaluation.
- Utilise learning management systems (LMS) and other digital platforms to deliver and track learning content effectively.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital and recommend innovative solutions to enhance user engagement.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital experiences.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices for designing and delivering digital solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to augment internal capabilities and resources.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and regulations related to digital experiences and ensure compliance in all projects.

**About you;**
- Proven experience in leading digital experience projects, with a focus on learning and development.
- Strong proficiency in digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for creating engaging and impactful digital experiences.
- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines for digital content is desirable.
