This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Regional Manager to join one of the UK’s leading automotive and insurance specialists, bringing to life the FMGRS experience for colleagues and customers in our successful branch network.

As Regional Operations Manager, you are part of our Senior Leadership Team, delivering the both the strategic proposition and day-to-day operational success of your branches. You are our ideal Regional Operations Manager if:

Most importantly, you are a proven people manager with a solid senior-level background in fast-paced customer orientated environments You have a common sense, commercially minded business approach – You get involved in every part of your business – you take pride in understanding exactly what makes your business tick and lead by example, setting high standards. You are a natural mentor and love to share your knowledge with others. You have a passion for customer service
