Sales Operations Specialist - Peterborough(Hybrid)
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for providing sales related support to both customers and other sales teams. Understands sales strategies and internal processes to assist customers and the sales team's strategic focus on the sales cycle.
Duties & Responsibilities
Researches and responds to inquiries regarding sales orders and responds to both employee's and customer's inquiries Updates Salesforce on all customer related activities and opportunities associated with assigned quotes Understands current sales strategies, internal processes and departments involvement in the sales and support to customers. Supports the CAM sales team in their sales efforts to meet AOP Assists in data entry to be able to provide information to the customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Report creation and analysis for the sales team to identify areas which require action. Utilises available reporting tools and technology to deliver intuitive analysis. Accountability for the quality and timeliness of data for the sales team. Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by the Sales ManagerKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent customer service skills Demonstrated ability to help solve problems and handle customers in a professional matter Outlook experience required. Advanced Excel experience required. Salesforce experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills High degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail Ability to interact with employees, customers and third parties in a professional matter Detail oriented, motivates and ability to take initiative to improve customer experienceQualifications
2+ years applicable experience High school diploma Bachelor’s degree preferred.The Sales Team
