This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys a combination of both Sales and Account Management.

This isn’t a telesales role, you will help nurture customer accounts and positively manage a sales pipeline.

The successful applicant will work alongside the UK Sales Manager, supporting with both reactive and proactive sales enquiries. You will help quote for new business, follow up on outstanding queries, contact lapsed customers and generally support with dayto day operations.

My client operates within the manufacturing industry and works with a technical product range. Previous product based/B2B sales experience is therefore essential to be considered for this role.

**The Company**:

**The Job - Sales Account Manager**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Pro-actively generate new business opportunities by contacting existing, lapsed and new customers.
- Work closely with the external sales team to maximise sales opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on customer quotations.
- Support customers with day to day enquiries.
- Manage sales pipeline, keeping track of ongoing projects and potential orders.
- Work alongside the customer service team to meet customer expectations.
- Provide general customer support and technical advice when needed.
- General administration, updating the database, liaising with relevant internal teams.

- Happy and confident working towards team targets.
- Full knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
