We are seeking a highly skilled and processoriented Senior Sales Operations Manager with significant experience in the SaaS B2B space The ideal candidate will optimise and align the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to deal execution This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement and streamline efficient workflows leverage technology and drive crossfunctional collaboration This role will act as a business partner to the regional Sales Leadership teams Sales Development Sales and Strategic Partnershipsnbsp;

Responsibilities

Process Optimisation:

Evaluate and optimise endtoend sales processes including lead generation prospection qualification discovery and deal execution Identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall sales workflows Build and drive process change management and operational efficiencies within the RevenueSales organisation

Business Partnering and Crossfunctional Collaboration:

Partner closely with regional Sales Leadership teams Sales Development Sales and Strategic Partnerships to align on goals strategies and processes to achieve pipeline and new business objectivesnbsp;Drive crossfunctional collaboration and alignment between regional Sales Leadership teams and Growth Marketing Marketing Operations Data and Finance teamsPartner with the Reporting Insights amp; Strategy team to provide actionable recommendations to regional Sales Leaderships teams to optimise sales processes and drive sales productivityFoster a culture of collaboration and communication to drive a unified approach towards revenue generation

Sales Technology Stack:

Assess implement and optimise sales technology stack to enhance efficiency and effectivenessWork closely with IT teams to integrate and automate systems for seamless data flow across different departments

Sales Enablement:

Partner with the Sales Enablement team to develop and implement sales enablement programs to empower the sales team with the tools resources and training to maximise effectivenessEnsure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales teams to enhance the overall sales process

What we are looking for

5 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations Sales Strategy or similar roles in the B2B SaaS spaceIndepth understanding of Marketing Sales and Revenue processesA proven track record in optimising sales processes within the B2B SaaS landscapeExperience in managing and optimising CRM Salesforcecom and sales technology tools eg Outreach Gong ClariStrong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decisionmakingExperience in PartnershipsChannel Operations is a plusExcellent communication and leadership skills to drive crossfunctional collaborationStrategic thinker with the ability to implement and execute process improvements
