We are seeking a highly skilled and process-oriented Senior Sales Operations Manager with significant experience in the SaaS B2B space. The ideal candidate will optimise and align the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal execution. This role will act as a business partner to the regional Sales Leadership teams (Sales Development, Sales and Strategic Partnerships).
Evaluate and optimise end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, prospection, qualification, discovery and deal execution
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall sales workflows
Build and drive process, change management, and operational efficiencies within the Revenue/Sales organisation
Partner closely with regional Sales Leadership teams (Sales Development, Sales and Strategic Partnerships) to align on goals, strategies and processes to achieve pipeline and new business objectives
Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment between regional Sales Leadership teams and Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data and Finance teams
Partner with the Reporting, Insights & Strategy team to provide actionable recommendations to regional Sales Leaderships teams to optimise sales processes and drive sales productivity
Sales Technology Stack
Assess, implement, and optimise sales technology stack to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with IT teams to integrate and automate systems for seamless data flow across different departments
Sales Enablement
Partner with the Sales Enablement team to develop and implement sales enablement programs to empower the sales team with the tools, resources, and training to maximise effectiveness
Ensure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales teams to enhance the overall sales process
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or similar roles in the B2B SaaS space
~ In-depth understanding of Marketing, Sales and Revenue processes
~ A proven track record in optimising sales processes within the B2B SaaS landscape
~ Experience in managing and optimising CRM (Salesforce.com) and sales technology tools (e.g. Outreach, Gong, Clari)
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making

We take an IRL - first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our London or Barcelona hub.
