Job OverviewnMy client is looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive and grow their sales team, focusing on building and maintaining partner relationships, sourcing new partners, and closing deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesnLead and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives to drive sales and secure deals with partners.nFoster a positive sales culture rooted in trust, integrity and compliance, while optimizing sales processes and systems.nFacilitate effective communication between the sales team and both internal and external stakeholders, working closely with senior leadership.nStrengthen relationships with current partners and establish connections with new ones.nDefine and monitor key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and derive actionable insights to enhance sales and partner onboarding.nMentor and coach the sales team and the broader organization, staying informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new technologies.nDevelop and communicate a clear sales process to guide stakeholders and ensure focused achievement.

About YounProven experience in a sales leadership role with a history of driving sales growth and acquiring new business, ideally in the FinTech sector.nDemonstrated ability to create strategic sales plans, generate leads and manage a pipeline effectively to meet targets.nStrong strategic thinking and vision-setting skills, capable of aligning sales strategies with business goals and market dynamics.nExperience in a fast-paced, evolving environment; startup or scale-up experience is a plus.nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and influence decisions at all levels.nSuperior written and verbal communication abilities, capable of interacting with individuals at varying levels of expertise.nHighly motivatednIn-depth knowledge of FinTech products.nAbility to solve problems swiftly and accurately.
