We are recruiting for a Sales Operations Analyst to aid in achieving organisational objectives by supporting and optimising the sales team's performance.
By analysing sales data and implementing streamlined processes like automation and CRM systems, Sales Operations Analysts enable sales teams to excel in their functions and targets. Additionally, Sales Operations Analysts often work with other departments and senior management to evaluate and plan for organisational aims.

Crafting and executing sales strategies for sales teams, specialists, and representatives to enhance their performance.
Analysing data and conducting research to generate accurate sales forecasts.
Working closely with various departments and senior management to pinpoint and clarify business objectives.
Discovering potential customers and sales prospects through detailed analysis of sales data and market trends.
Designing and administering automation systems to streamline the sales process.
Deploying and overseeing CRM systems to optimise customer engagement and maximise business opportunities.

Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
Technology skills to utilise CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
Research and reporting skills to analyse sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts

Research, analysis and problem-solving skills to understand sales and consumer data and create optimised sales processes
Technology skills to use CRM and automation tools in daily processes and act as a point of contact
