DescriptionServing Society through Science, Tata Chemicals Europe (TCE) is one of Europe's leading producers of sodium carbonate, salt and sodium bicarbonate and other products, from our plants in Cheshire, UK. 

We have a temporary role for 6 months, for a Technical Administrator, to provide administrative support to the Operations team, assist the Engineering team with management of Site Services and manage the reception duties for our Lostock site in Northwich, Cheshire. This role requires on site presence so unfortunately there is no hybrid option, however we are happy to consider flexible working where possible and we welcome applicants wishing to work full time, part time or agree their working hours or pattern around other commitments that are important to them.
What will I be doing?The Technical Administrator will provide administrative support to the Operations team, assist the Engineering team with management of Site Services and manage the reception duties for New Lostock House.
  •        Managing Change Form administration
  •        Toolbox Talk Administration
  •        Managing waste documentation 
  •        Environmental Reporting Records
  •        Managing reception, office deliveries & Lostock Visitor Access
  •        Assisting operations with requisitions & receipting.
  •         Printing operations documentation
  •        Management of Site Services including Temporary Buildings, Workwear & Cleaners

  •         Previous experience in a similar role based in an industrial environment
  •         Excellent IT skills including MS Office       
  •         Initiative to pick up tasks and re arrange workload to meet business needs
  •         Attention to detail in all aspects of their work
  •         High level of enthusiasm and pride in their work 

Working with usThe successful applicant will be engaged on a PAYE basis via our recruitment partner Morson and paid weekly, on submission of their timesheet.
