Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our Intermediary Sales Support team. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality advice and support to clients and intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Intermediary Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and intermediaries, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist various teams within the business, including IFAs, Fund Managers, and Business Development, with administrative tasks and technical support.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Complaints Handling: Efficiently handle complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Team Support: Monitor and manage the team inbox, ensuring prompt response to client and intermediary queries.

Requirements:

  • Financial Services Experience: Previous experience within a financial planning practice or similar, such as a provider or platform.
  • Customer Service: Experience in a customer service role within financial services, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Phone Manner: Excellent phone manner and confidence in dealing with queries via the phone.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication and rapport-building skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and intermediaries.
