About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Director to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and managing their day-to-day financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Management: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and going above and beyond to solidify long-term relationships.
  2. Business Development: You will identify opportunities to up-sell and add additional services from across the firm, driving business growth and revenue.
  3. Team Leadership: You will support and lead on training and guidance for the team delivering on your portfolio, and across the wider Accounts business where appropriate.
Requirements
  1. Proven Track Record: You will have a proven track record of servicing a large portfolio of clients, maintaining previous relationships and developing new business from business development, networking, and pitching for work.
  2. Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deliver to both financial and non-financial stakeholders, as well as internal teams across all levels.
  3. Qualifications: You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA) with a solid amount of experience post-qualification.
