Financial Director

About the Role
Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance, including production of management accounts, back reconciliations, currency transactions, payroll, and VAT returns.
Your New Company
The successful candidate will join a growing and stable SME that prides itself on creating a good working environment. You will be given the autonomy to own the finance function and introduce new procedures that will benefit the finance function and the wider business.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience working within an owner-managed SME. Manufacturing or property experience would be preferred. You will have a hands-on approach to accounting and be willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.
What You'll Get in Return
You will receive a salary of up to \u00a360,000 plus benefits. You will also have the opportunity to play a key part in the future strategic decisions of the business.
