About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and managing their day-to-day financial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve client relationships.
- Manage a team of accountants and financial analysts to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in financial leadership roles, with a strong understanding of financial markets and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA) with a solid amount of experience post-qualification.
