About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and managing their day-to-day financial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of clients and manage their financial requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to up-sell and add additional services
- Support and lead on training and guidance for the team
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and build long-term relationships
Requirements
- Proven track record of servicing a large portfolio of clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deliver to stakeholders
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA) with solid experience post-qualification
