Do you love people and helping them to have a healthier life?

We are looking to recruit a patient co-ordinator, to provide support to our 8 surgery practice in the City of London. The practice is well established (over 20 years) with excellent processes and procedures already in place. We have a very experienced clinical team with a passion for providing high-quality dental care.

  • Full-time hours available (we can consider part-time hours too)
  • Typical shifts are 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Flexibility to work Saturday mornings once a month, as well as occasional Wednesday evenings

About you

We welcome your application to our Treatment Coordinator vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor. We also welcome your application if you have sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
  • Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and providing exceptional standards of care

You will be…

  • Self-motivated and a team player; You will have the ability to manage a varied workload with excellent organization, time management and interpersonal skills.
