The Opportunity  
The Global Finance Modernisation (GF Mod) Market Change Lead is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoptions and usage. The GF Mod Market Change Lead focuses on preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business process, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more. 
The goal of the GF Mod Market Change Lead is to drive faster adoption, higher utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employee’s daily work.

What will my accountabilities be?

Leverage a Change Management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics Evaluate and ensure user readiness Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

What Team will I be a part of?

You will be part of the UK&I ‘Change’ team. This small but hugely important team connects people across our business to focus on delivering the right projects, in the best way, to achieve our business goals. It proactively and independently challenges and innovates, working diligently to improve the way we work and deliver change as a business.

In this role you will also dotted line into a Global Change Team who are accountbale for the full Global Finance Modernisation Programme, of which the UK&I is one market. This team will lead the Global Change methodology, for which you will localize for the UK&I.

What background do I need to have?

GF Mod is a large Finance Transformation programme. You should have lead the creation and delivery of similar scale programmes ideally to an Oracle solution Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to succinctly articulate a complex topic to audiences who are not subject matter experts Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, up to and including exec level Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal  Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations  Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Additional Information:
