Role - Tenders and Marketing Co-Ordinator 


The purpose of this role is to support the Commercial Team in producing bids and co-ordinating Marketing activities, liaising with various teams and for the business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Produce Tender documentation and Supplier Questionnaires as directed by Head of Commercial, liaising with other departments to collate information.
  • Maintenance of a tender document library.
  • Provide weekly updates on the status of bids, enquiry reviews and online portal opportunities.
  • Prepare agenda and set up tender meetings.
  • Provide administration support as necessary to commercial processes / systems.
  • Manage and maintain the company website and social media platforms.
  • Plan and organise attendance at exhibitions and conferences.
  • Writing of Press Releases for distribution on General Business and Community activities.
  • Working with local companies to support Social Impact activities and co-ordinating meetings internally.


 

Qualifications /Experience Required / Person Attributes

  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • GCSE's in Maths and English Grade 4 / Grade C equivalent.  
  • Previous experience in bid writing and / or marketing activities or similar.
  • Previous experience in Document Management Systems or similar.
  • Previous experience in a Business Administration environment.
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Packages.


Technical Expertise:

  • Ability to develop and demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of the products and services offered by TSP.
  • Display an attention to detail and the ability to check the accuracy of own and others' work.
  • Ability to use systems to organise and keep track of information or work progress.
  • Undertake appropriate preparation for meetings and presentations.
  • Understanding and ability to use IT Systems including Microsoft Office and internal Document Management Systems.
