We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Home Care Assistant to join our amazing team here at Home Instead based in Belfast and surrounding areas.
Location: This particular role is based in the Belfast area.
Pay: We pay excellent hourly rates of £12.00 per hour
You can also work longer days if you'd like to increase your hours.
We pride ourselves on having the most flexible hours in home care.
We ask people to commit to the same days each week with the same regular core shift times (incl alternate weekends) so that they can be matched with regular clients.

At Home Instead Belfast we offer a Domiciliary Care service, providing Care Coordination, Companionship, personal care to support clients in their daily living in the comfort of their own homes.
We provide “relationship-based” care so that our clients get to know the same group of people who are supporting them. Our visits are always a minimum of 1 hour so there is opportunity to provide companionship to the client as well as the essential tasks they need support with. We provide care that has been described by other social care professionals as the “Marks & Spencers” of home care – professional, caring and of a quality that we would want for our own families.
We always introduce new clients and care professionals to each other so neither person is a stranger to the other.

Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework Accompanying to appointments or shopping Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independentEssential criteria:
Positive person. Willing to be a team player. Professional manner at all times Friendly attitude towards all staff and clients. Your own car. Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff). Please note - people do NOT need experience in care for this role.
