Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our Belfast team as a Quality Assurance Officer. This role forms an integral part of our Quality and Governance Monitoring, ensuring that the standards we set are upheld and reflected in our client's experience. You will report to our Optimum Care office in Newtownards, covering the South & East Belfast & Holywood areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and development of staff, supporting new employees through their probationary period, and fostering career growth within the Company.
  • Monitoring the required standard of care being delivered in the community.
  • Participating in rotational on-call duty during office closures (including bank holidays).
  • Providing office cover when required.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong drive and passion for ensuring the well-being of vulnerable individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Care.
  • Full driver's license and access to a car & car insurance in connection with business.
