We are seeking a highly skilled Care Worker Specialist to join our team at Orchard Cottage, where you will play a critical role in the day-to-day health and wellbeing of our residents.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with Autism, disabilities, and personal care, and hold relevant qualifications such as an SVQ in Children and Young People and an HNC in Social Services (or higher).

A competitive salary of £24,500 - £28,500 per annum reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent in this field.
