Residential Child Care Worker

Residential Child Care Workers are responsible for the day-to-day health and wellbeing for all of the young people within Orchard Cottage. You must be able to work as part of a team with colleagues and other professionals, to offer a comprehensive service that meets the physical, social, emotional, mental health and care needs of the vulnerable children and young people within our home.
You should be confident in providing exceptional care and support while being able to demonstrate a sound value base.
We are looking to hire Bank Work employees that will have flexibility with the hours that you work. You will be covering gaps within the rota and annual leave. There may be the potential to gain a permanent contract within the home after some time. Experiences of working with Children, Autism, disabilities and personal care are welcomed.
**Job Types**: Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
