Job Title: Vulnerable Children Support Worker

About Our Role: As a Vulnerable Children Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our children. You will be responsible for providing individualized support, facilitating daily activities, and maintaining open communication with families and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans.
  • Engage children in meaningful activities and hobbies.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a child's behavior or health.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to case discussions.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, including data protection guidelines.
