About The Role
As a Care Assistant you will be:
Delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene.
Understanding our resident’s communication needs and adapting your communication Support to the individuals and their families, offer confidence and reassurance.
As team player who works well with others, a natural easy communicator, patient and understanding with the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
Good observation skills, a sense of humour and a positive outlook.
You may have no experience as a Care Assistant so we offer full training and development – you may have worked in a retail, supermarket, customer service, warehouse or other people focused environments or just returning to work
The working shift patterns on a rota over seven days:
8.00am - 8.00pm
8.00am - 2.00pm
2.00pm - 8.00pm
8.00pm - 8.00am

Beaumont Care Homes offer varied activities, from trips out and summer fetes to indoor activities including arts and crafts, pamper sessions and visiting entertainment. As well as visiting dog therapists and other animals, intergenerational activities are encouraged involving local nurseries and schools.Our team of healthcare professionals and the safe, comfortable accommodation at Beaumont Care Homes Support people living with dementia, whilst also providing nursing care along with other specialist care services.
