What you'll be doing

Weekly reporting including Live Reports, Dead Reports, Leavers Reports, Re-issue Reports. Management of the Fines Reconciliation, Escalation and Reimbursement Process Raising purchase orders Communication - Liaise with Operations Teams and other relevant stakeholders to communicate delivery schedules, address concerns, and provide necessary information Managing incoming ad-hoc daily department queries Any other ad-hoc reporting requests as required.
