What you'll be doing
Weekly reporting including Live Reports, Dead Reports, Leavers Reports, Re-issue Reports. Management of the Fines Reconciliation, Escalation and Reimbursement Process Raising purchase orders Communication - Liaise with Operations Teams and other relevant stakeholders to communicate delivery schedules, address concerns, and provide necessary information Managing incoming ad-hoc daily department queries Any other ad-hoc reporting requests as required.
Who we're looking for
Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 products is essential. The individual will demonstrate a tenacious approach to problem solving;investigating all appropriate avenues until such time that resolution is reached. The role requires a high level of accuracy across all data sources. Highly motivated, proactive and practical Administrator. Excellent Communication Skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Honest Reliable and Professional Person. Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team. Organised with excellent timekeeping skills.
