We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting
  • Support the team with warranty processes
  • Handle incoming communication (phone calls, emails) and direct them as necessary
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth workflow within the office
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (warranty experience is a plus but not essential)
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
