Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll and Shared Services team at Culina Group. As a Payroll Administrator, you will provide administrative support services covering the employee lifecycle process in a timely manner and in accordance with employment legislation and company policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the Payroll in-box and respond to payroll queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in processing monthly and weekly payrolls, including calculation and accurate input of timesheets.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and recording of absence and attendance records, contractual and statutory payments.
  • Set up statutory and third-party deductions within the payroll system.
  • Administer pension communications and prepare payslips.
  • Generate and distribute payroll-related reports.
  • Communicate overpayments and work with the Finance team to recover monies.
  • Collaborate with the HRSS team to provide a professional and efficient service to colleagues.
  • Work with the Payroll Shared Services Manager to maintain the OVOTT and ensure contract alignment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a high-volume payroll environment.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with IT packages relevant to payroll systems.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality requirements.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks.
