Join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Apprentice and help make a real difference. 

We are currently looking for two Apprentices eager to kick-start their career with hands-on training and professional development in Customer Experience while also working towards a level 3 Business Administration qualification. 

What will you be doing as a Customer Experience Apprentice? 

You'll be stepping into a role where you'll learn first-hand how to support our Customer Experience team with administrative tasks. You'll be right there, helping to coordinate our Complaints, Compliments, and Comments Policy, making sure we handle feedback smoothly and efficiently. 

You'll also dive into managing group compensation requests, learning how to address issues and keep our customers happy. Handling inquiries from Councillors and MPs will be part of your journey too, where you'll gain skills in handling these requests respectfully and effectively. 

You will have the chance to shadow colleagues in our Triage, Investigations, Business Partnering and Aftercare teams, and collaborate closely with our Customer Experience Management team to assist with important projects.  

This is your chance to contribute to initiatives that improve how we serve our customers, making a real impact on their experience with us. This apprenticeship isn't just about learning; it's about being a crucial part of our team and shaping our customer interactions for the better. 

Some things we need from you:  

  • A Good general level of education, or willing to work towards level 4 in English and Maths 

  • A can-do attitude towards your work, with a friendly and empathetic approach 

  • Ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and maintain a positive attitude towards learning 

  • Work to Group’s values and behaviours, People Matter, Own It, One Team & Be Brave 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people 

Although the main part of the role is working from home, you'll need to travel and work from our Worcester or Birmingham Business Park office as needed, usually twice a week . 

This is a Fixed Term Contract and on successful completion of your Apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for any related job vacancies within Platform Housing Group.  On gaining permanent employment, you will continue to be supported in your learning and development.
