With a vision to expand our offerings, including introducing sausage making and enhancing our online sales, we are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to embark on this ambitious journey with us.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Eager learners with a passion for starting a career in butchery, no previous experience required.
- Individuals who are punctual, enthusiastic, and willing to engage in a hands-on learning experience alongside experienced butchers.
- Willingness to learn meat display techniques, create value-added products (VAP), and bring innovative ideas to our range of offerings.
- An interest in our veg display and delicatessen, including cheeses, with a willingness to learn about these areas.
- Are seeking an entry-level position with a keen interest in the culinary and butchery fields.
- Are committed to learning and contributing to a team that values customer satisfaction, quality service, and community support.
- Are excited about the opportunity to work with a variety of products and are open to learning about new aspects of the business, including our planned expansions into sausage making and online sales.

**Salary**: £8.39-£15.11 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
