About the Role

As Registration Manager, you will develop, execute and lead registration strategies for RX Global events. A key focus of this role will be managing the data collection and gathering insights, through the registration process. Our focus on customer satisfaction and process improvement drives exceptional experiences and boosts business growth. With your knowledge and skills, you will play a key role in supporting RX's growth and success.
 

Responsibilities

Developing and driving registration strategies for RX, from pre-show to post-event

Identifying and leveraging appropriate event registration software and tools to optimize registration processes

Overseeing the collection, maintenance, and accuracy of attendee data whilst delivering on positive customer experience

Managing vendors. Leading negotiations and ensuring cost effective and top tier service deliverables

Fostering a trusting work environment and cultivating cohesive team communications

Planning resources in line with delivery plan

Working with internal partners to deploy new technologies

Owning the KPI's for registration. Adapting strategies to meet changing demands and ensuring operational excellence


Requirements

Possess extensive knowledge of event registration software, CRM systems, and database management.

Possess significant expertise in managing event registration, including leadership or matrix managerial experience.

Be flexible to travel and work weekends as required for events

Be professional, detail-oriented, and proactive

Possess exceptional skills in project management, leadership, communication, analysis, and problem-solving for successful teamwork.
