Anexciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated administrativeassistant to join the new West Yorkshire wide maternal mental health service(PATHs). The post will be hosted by SWYPFT onbehalf of the West Yorkshire ICS.
We are seeking to recruit anenthusiastic candidate, who is professional and approachable and able to buildpositive working relationships with stakeholders and partners.
PATHs provide support to women and birthing parents experiencingmoderate to severe or complex mental health difficulties relating to birthtrauma, fear of birth itself (tokophobia), and baby loss.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support for thePATHs service and must be self-motivated, have the ability to communicateeffectively, work as part of a team, use initiative, prioritise their workload,maintain and record accurate details and have excellent organisational skills.

Main duties of the job
Theapplicant must have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritisetheir own workload in order to meet deadlines, with a good attention to detailin an environment of competing demands.
Weare looking for an administrator with an NVQ or RSA Level 3 qualification or beable to demonstrate competency at Level 3.
Agood knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.
Theapplicant must be able to work as part of a team and have good written andverbal communication skills.
Dutieswill be varied and will include using email, booking appointments, diarymanagement, using clinical systems and dealing with telephone calls. Goodcustomer service skills are essential.
