As a Graduate working in schools, you will assist teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management, and student support. Location: Christchurch
Salary Range: £120 - £150 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate or January 2025

- Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Essential Skills and Qualities that we are looking from you:
- Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across a variety of subjects.
- Assist students with their learning through one-on-one or group support.
- Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and focused learning environment.
- Prepare learning resources and contribute to lesson planning.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- A recent graduate with a degree in any subject, with a passion for working with children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable, with a willingness to support students and staff.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
What We’re Looking For: To thrive in these roles, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
- Possess a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
